California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

This page supplements our Privacy Policy for California residents.
Categories of personal information we collect: identifiers (name, email, IP address); commercial information (plan purchases, squares claimed); internet activity (pages viewed, interactions); and user-provided content (pool details). Sources: you, your device, and our service providers. Purposes: operating and securing the Service, billing, support, and communications, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal information and we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by California law. We have no actual knowledge of collecting information from consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a "Right to Limit" notice.
Your rights: California residents may request (1) to know what personal information we have collected about them, (2) to delete it, (3) to correct inaccurate information, and (4) to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
How to exercise them: Email support [at] hometownsquares [dot] com with the subject "California Privacy Request." We will verify your identity by confirming control of the email address associated with the information, respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days with notice), and provide the response free of charge up to twice in a 12-month period. You may use an authorized agent; we will require proof of authorization.
Retention: We retain each category only as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, as described in the Privacy Policy's Retention section.
